Shipping prices
Delivery costs are calculated based on order value, package weight and country of destination.
All orders from website www.sentiell.cz are processed only for companies registered in the Czech Republic. If you run a company in other country, register an account on website www.sentiell.pl for Polish company, or on website www.sentiell.com for companies from the rest of Europe or world.
Shipping insurance
Each shipment is covered by an insurance based on its actual value. We are responsible for the package until is delivered safely to the client.
Shipping time
All orders which payments were booked into our system until 12:00 o’clock will be processed on the same day! All orders are processed and shipped within working days.
Processing time for an order is between 2 and 4 hours and depends on the chosen payment method!
Our regular parcel service delivers within 2–5 working days from dispatch of the goods.
